Apex Competition Systems (ACS), based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, designs, develops, manufactures, and distributes high-quality motorsport components for road-racing customers.
Since 2005, ACS has grown from the foundation of our successful Volkswagen performance business, Bildon Motorsport, into a broader platform focused on purpose-built products for Sedan, Touring Car, Production Car, and GT racing. From the beginning, ACS has combined hands-on racing experience with direct customer collaboration. We have worked with competitors and professional teams across SCCA, Grand-Am, IMSA, NASA, and other road-racing environments, and we served as the race gear supplier and title sponsor of the inaugural USERA Miata Endurance Championship. That involvement has helped shape our approach: practical, competition-focused, and grounded in what actually works at the track.
Today, ACS is more than a parts supplier. We support racers through product development, and application guidance. Our MCS damper development program is a key part of that effort, drawing on years of suspension experience to develop solutions for club racers and advanced drivers who need reliable performance and meaningful tuning capability. We still race, and we use our cars as R&D test beds, allowing us to evaluate components, validate changes, and develop products under the same conditions our customers face. That process keeps ACS closely connected to the motorsports community we serve.
